Riverside Yoga  classes are suitable for all levels and abilities.

Riverside Yoga classes emphasize the combination of breath and movement to strengthen the body and increase flexibility.  Over time, students delve deeper into their yoga practice, learning more difficult postures that further strengthen the muscle groups throughout the body. Postures are held longer than in other yoga styles, and as student’s progress, they are introduced to inverted and balancing postures. 

Yoga helps with the body’s aches and pains. Because Riverside Yoga classes are small, the teacher can adapt each class to focus on the particular areas that are affected by her student’s modern lifestyles: the hips, back, neck and shoulders.

​リバーサイドヨガ』のクラスは、全てのレベル、運動能力に対応しています。
リバーサイドヨガのクラスは呼吸と動きの組み合わせを重視し、身体を鍛え、柔軟性を高めます。時とともに、受講者はヨガの経験を深めていき、全身の筋肉群をさらに鍛える難しい姿勢を学びます。他のヨガスタイルで行うよりも長めに姿勢を保ち、受講者は上達するにつれて、逆立ちやバランスポーズを学びます。

ヨガは身体のあちこちの痛みを和らげます。リバーサイドヨガは少人数クラスなので、受講者が現代生活の影響を受ける特定の部位(腰・背中・首・肩)に集中するために、クラスごとに指導内容を変えることができます。
